Veenas

Veenas are traditional musical instruments of Southern part of India. We at SHRUTHI MUSICALS give special attention to manufacture the Veenas. In the beginning, the wood is selected and treated before taken up for manufacturing. Sitar

It is the most popular and well-accepted North Indian string musical instrument. The Sitar base is made out of pumpkin gourd. It has generally seven mains strings and eleven sympathetic (TARAB) strings. Sitar comes in various qualities and different prices according to the engraved decoration. Tambura

Tambura is a mandatory instrument that goes along with Indian classical music singers and helps the singer to maintain the pitch. It has four strings. The gourd of the tambura used in Hindustani music is made from the pumpkin shell. And the one used by Carnatic musician is made of jackwood.
