Mridangum: One of the earliest percussion, which is widely used in Carnatic (SOUTH INDIAN) music, is Mridangum. It is made out of jack wood, it is available in sizes varying from 18,20,22 and 24 inches.

Dolak, Dolki: These are the trendiest North Indian percussion instruments, which are commonly used in Bhajans, Light Music and Folk Dances.

Tavil: It is one of the most ancient percussion instrument, which occupies a prominent place in Hindu Temples and Hindu Marriages. In recent times its also played in Western rock and jazz music.

Tabla : It is traditionally played using both hands. Shruthi has introduced a new concept in TABALA SET with self-tuning provision. This is to over come the constant complaint of overseas buyers who after a given time are unable to tune the instruments. To overcome this problem the TABALA SETS are provided with self-tuning bolt systems. This enables the player to fine-tune the instrument to the desired level.
